What is EFT?
EFT is a powerful technique that uses acupressure points and the energy pathways or meridians in the body to clear negative blocks caused by emotional distress. In other words any past or present to chronic stress, anxiety or negative emotion can create negative effects on how we relate to the world, and our emotional and physical health and well being.
